Intel cut its pricing for the Core i7-950 (3.06 GHz) this weekend. Its price has been reduced from $562 to $294 and now costs the same as the i7-930 (2.80 GHz). The rest of its list is unchanged, and on LGA1366 the i7-920 (2.66 GHz) is also at $284, the i7-960 (3.2 GHz) at $562 and then the i7-970 (3.2 GHz hexacore) at $885. Next come the Extreme Edition Core i7-980X and 975 at $999 a piece.
